1. The booking takes effect upon reception of 130 euros (110 euros down payment and 20 euros charges) by way of cheque, holiday cheque or postal order in name of CAMPING BOUIX.

2. The lease is strictly limited to the person concerned. The leaser cannot, under any conditions, either release or confer his leasing right to this rental.

3. Each lease without a deposit of the down payment and the file costs will be annulled. Every deposit for the down payment and the file costs without a signed lease cannot guarantee the rental.

4. In default of a written message from the client, in which he announces a possible delay of arrival, the pitch becomes vacant at noon two days after the date mentioned on the lease and the down payment will be forfeited.

5. In case of resiliation, 30 days before the arrival date, the down payment of 110 euro will be refunded. Once this term expired, a refund becomes impossible.

6. The client engages himself to respect the camp rules and to see to it that the people who accompany him on the pitch do the same.

7. The total amount due for the stay must be payed upon the day of arrival. A premature depature or a late arrival cannot in any way entail refund.

CANCELLATION

In case one of the terms of the present contract should not be fulfilled, the management may cancel the lease.

CONDITIONS AND CHARGES ( MOBIL-HOMES)

1. The lease is strictly limited to the person concerned. The leaser cannot, under any conditions, either release or confer his leasing right to this rental.

2. Every change in the number of persons that will occupy the holiday dwelling or of their identity must be submitted to the approval of the management before the day of arrival.

3. Each lease without a deposit of the down payment and the file costs will be annulled. Every deposit for the down payment and the file costs without a signed lease cannot guarantee the rental.

4. In default of a written message from the client, in which he announces a possible delay of arrival, the pitch becomes vacant 40 hours (at noon two days) after the date mentioned on the lease and the down payment will be forfeited.

5. In case of resiliation, 30 days before the arrival date (registered letter), the down payment of 106 euro will be refunded. Once this term expired, a refund becomes impossible.

6. Het volledige bedrag van het verblijf moet voldaan worden op de dag van aankomst. Geen enkele prijsvermindering wordt toegekend wegens een verlaatte aankomst of een vroegtijdi vertrek.

7. Op de dag van aankomst moet de klant een garantie van 350 euro storten; deze garantie wordt op de vertrekdag terugbetaald na inventarisatie van het huurobject en nadat vastgesteld is dat dit zich in z'n oorspronkelijke toestand bevind; indien dit niet het geval mocht zijn zullen de herstelkosten en de waarde van het verdwenen of gebroken materiaal van deze garantie afgehouden worden.

8. A deposit of 35 euro moet gestort worden voor de reiniging van het huurobject indien die niet uitgevoerd werd door de klant, conform aan de regels van het kampreglement.

9. The client engages himself to respect the camp rules and to see to it that the people who accompany him on the pitch do the same.

10. The client must contract all necessary assurances against theft, fire, water damage, civil liability and assistance to third parties.

11. Animals are not allowed in the mobile homes

The client declares :
- that he is in power to act ,
- that his civil state corresponds to the one he declares,
- that his address is correct.
